As previously discussed, the participation cost is USD 4,000 for each event, which is equivalent to INR 3,38,694 for each location.
Additional costs include:
USA Visa Fees: Rs. 55,500 per person
Hotel Accommodation (Double Occupancy): Rs. 8,000 to 13,000, depending on the hotel selected
Flight Tickets from Hyderabad: Actual costs
Internal Flight Tickets: Approximately Rs. 8,000, or alternatively, a rental car can be arranged (an International Driving License is required).

This model adheres to a standard exhibition participation format. Upon your confirmation, we will familiarize ourselves with your projects and initiate a pre-marketing campaign aimed at generating leads through various channels. This campaign will include:
