You Invest in the Land and become the Registered Landowner of the Part via the Registered sale deed
All Landowners together form an consortium and enter into a Joint Development with the Real Estate Developer
The Real Estate Developer will construct the Residential Apartment and allocate 40% of the Units to the Land owners
The Units allocated to the Landowners will be Reshared and allocated to the Individual as per their Proportionate share of Investments
The Landowners can either retain these units to be given out for Rent or can Resell in open market with the Prevailing Market Price
What is the investment process?
You can start your investment process by signing the Expression of Interest (EOI) and making a payment of 5% of your investment amount as token to block your share in the asset.
You can proceed to upload your KYC documents which are verified by Prop Headlines
Once the property is fully funded Prop Headlines calls for the payment of balance investment amount.
After the investments are received from all the investors the property is registered, documents are shared with investors and the Respective shares of units will be allocated
How are the investments structured?
In fractional ownership, investors can buy a share of a high-value property, such as a High end Residential Apartment Building, The property is divided into multiple units, and each investor owns a fraction of the property. The investors collectively own the property and Proceed with the Joint Development of the property.
