Before joining Atco Projects, he served as Assistant Vice President at Pin Click, where he played a key role in driving business growth and managing large-scale real estate initiatives. His extensive background in project management, sales strategy, and client relations positions him well to lead Atco Projects’ upcoming developments and strengthen its market presence.
Bikramjeet’s appointment marks an exciting step forward for Atco Projects as the company continues to expand its footprint in the real estate sector.
As Project Head, Sidhu will oversee the entire lifecycle of the company’s ongoing and upcoming real estate ventures. Industry observers suggest that his primary focus will be on Atco La Vivant, a sprawling 37-acre French-themed luxury villa development.
The project, which has gained significant traction for its “Palatial Living” concept and replica of the Eiffel Tower, is currently in a high-growth stage.
Under the leadership of Managing Director Mr. Gaurav Kumar Gupta and Director Mr. Ram Krishna Kumar, Atco Projects has carved a niche in the “WorldHome” segment. The company recently reported significant interest in its Atco Sapphire and La Vivant properties, driven by the rapid development of IT corridors near Sarjapur Road and the proposed Peripheral Ring Road.
