With over 23 years of experience in business turnaround, leadership and strategic sales, Dr. B.M. Pounacha has transformed 16 companies and scaled multiple ventures across sectors. A veteran in real estate having sold all asset classes, he brings high impact strategies blended with mentorship to accelerate your business growth.
He lives by the mantra “Sales fixes everything,” he has empowered teams to deliver breakthrough results such as selling ₹1,000 crores in 1,000 days and taking a listed company from ₹650 crores to ₹2,000 crores in just 18 months.
Sought after speaker and transformation coach, Pounacha has delivered over 20,000 hours on stage and personally trained more than 11,000 real estate professionals through his company, Real Estate Heroes, India’s first real estate coaching company.
He has been an early stage investor in multiple start-ups where companies have grown 1,000X and he has made a notable exit at 118X of his initial investment. He has worked as a real estate consultant as well as led real estate development companies and has sold over half a billion dollars worth of real estate in his career.
A lifelong learner and thought leader, Dr. B.M. Pounacha holds a degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Mumbai. He is a government approved valuer and a certified corporate director. He also holds a Doctorate in “Consumer Buying Behaviour in Real Estate,” which helps him answer the fundamental question: “Why do people buy what they buy?”
