He was a Graduate but could not go out to work because his Mother was bedridden, He Served his mother for the next 6 years untill her Death – A Dutiful son Indeed and Once his mother had passed away he was standing outside a Tea shop sipping a cup of Tea and God send Opportunity came to him
Two Strangers wanted to buy a Property in his Village – They enquired the sellers credentials with him and since he was staying full time in the Village and know each story – Kahani ghar ghar ki – He was aware of the Ongoing Dispute within the Family and gave all the Information to that Strangers who later verified and found it true and they Thanked him for saving them from the mess and at the same time entrusted the Responsibility of Property buying to him
He Worked Hard, Day and Night showed them Multiple Properties and finally Succeeded in closing the deal, Words spread quickly and suddenly he emerged as a Star – The Villagers approached him for selling the Properties – He would make it all Khatas, Pahanis – Family trees and make it 100% legal before offering it to the clients and Finally he closed more than 10 deals in a year and this made the Village Gowda (Village Chieftain ) angry
His Newfound fame and wealth brought lots of Friends and Enemies, The Village Gowda ordered the Families not to take any of his help in either buying or selling the properties, and those who did not follow the dikat were Troubled and finally the Gowda Influenced the Gram Panchayath officials to stop and create obstruction in his works and still the Village Gowda was not Satisfied he cornered him one day and beat him Black and Blue and this Poor Guy had no Choice but fled to Bangalore
Bangalore is a city that Welcomes all! He had all the Money saved from his previous deals, He Rented a Small Room, brought a New Hero Honda CD 100 and thus began a journey of a Real Estate Broker selling Plots and slowly he Graduated to a Real Estate Developer with a Small Layout of 4 acres which he signed it on a Joint Development and he gradually went on to do with another 3 more projects in a Short span of time
He had opened the office, recruited 2 -3 People, shared them some Responsibilities and the Company made a name and fame in the Market, and they completed another 7 – 8 Layouts by this time they are completely Established, and it was a Dream come True for Him and I met him and he Requested me to Mentor his Company to scale up the Operations and I Stepped in _ I Drew the Agenda – I Had a 100 Point Plan – I Explained to him in details and We agreed on a Certain Conditions and I started Implementing the Agenda

Two Groups were formed inside the office – One Group was Honest – People with the Fire to achieve anything and everything, they were Goal Focused and had absolute abilities with Multiple Talents – They were the change makers, they wanted to bring the Revolution, they had enormous energy to scale up the Business, They Were all that Decent Gentle man and Woman every company aspires them to be on Board – They were the employees every company dreams to have a Team like that one
The Other Team was a Bunch of Lazy and idiot Guys and Girls, there one and only ability is that of Talwe Chatna (Boot Licking) , They spent a Considerable amount of time just to Praise the Managing Director! Since from the Childhood nobody had Praised him – and whenever these groups praised him, he felt he is in 7th Heaven and that habit of listening and enjoying that Tariff brought the Downfall – A Bunch of Idiots who teamed up together will be Lethal, and not a Good Sign for any Organization that aspires to make Big
As a Mentor I Drew the Lines – I Explained him the Consequences of not Respecting the Talent, I tried to Reason with him, I Tried to Protect and shield the First group, I Tried to check the Aggressions, as i told the First group was focused on Job the other worked full time to dismantle them !
Now the Director thought that Getting Praises from the Second group is his Birth Right and I shall have It ( Lokamanya Balagangdhar Tilak Slogan – Swaraj is my Birth Right and i shall have it ) and went on to heed the advice of the second Group
The Honest People were Cornered with silly Reasons : in that 3 People with Notable Talents, i made every effort to preserve them but i was defeated alas !
1) The First Group Started a New Drama inside the office – Standing up like school kids whenever the Teacher enters the Room _ on the Pretext of giving Respect they made a Point to stand up and the other guy who did ot have a wind of it got noted and they made a point that this guy despite working in a Company does not have any mark of Respect to you – and He was Terminated
2) The Second guy is a Hardcore Achiever – These guys disturbed him by making some changes in the excel sheet and cheated him his incentives and when he Protested they created a Chaos and the next month he was out !
3) The Third Guy was extremely talented; He was so Clever and Intelligent – he would always sense these troublemakers in advance and always had a Plan to beat these idiots in their own game – Now he had Two Jobs – One to perform in sales and other to ward off this Idiots which effected his Workplace Productivity and now there was nothing left to corner him, So they started Pooja in the office – The Last Resort of Idiots is to hide behind the Curtain of Religion
The Last Resort of Idiots is to hide behind the Curtain of Religion and the Guy was made to attend the Pooja – This Honest guy was also a Hindu – The others were also Hindus, But the Problem here was he did not want to attend the pooja of this deity everyday as it was not his Mane Devaru (House hold Deity)
Now These People got an Opportunity – First they showcased infront of the Managing Director and told that this is also our Mane Devaru ! and made him believe we get that peace of mind by Praying, Now the other guy was made a Villan for not attending that Pooja every day and one fine day he left the Job to join a better free and fair Organization
This was in the Year 2012 _ Finally I too felt teaching them or discussing is completely useless (Bail ke samne Khutbah) (Sermon Infront of the Ox) and i moved on _ No the Idiots took over the whole empire and made that MD to dance to their tunes – Some where they told that the scale up is not needed we will all lead a Happy life and Years went on and Finally One day in 2025 The company has lost its Charm – No Vision – No leader and now it has come to an extent that the managing Director has no way but to let all its staff go
The Staff left – Because Talwe kahi bhi chat sakthe hain – But this guy has decided to stop the Business – I Think now he is fed up with Praises _ He is 50 Years old now and has decided to take the Retirement – For Leading his life he has Enough Rental Income – so no worry for Survival
But had been on the Right path he would have been by altleast a Netwoth of 1500 cr now and without telling the story of that 3 guys this story will not come to the Conclusion
The 3 Guys whom he Removed went on to become the Presidents and Vice Presidents of Large Conglomerates and Managing with the assets and Inventories running into several thousand crores
And That Poor Managing Director that i met yesterday was at a Tea Shop, For him Life has come to a Full Cycle From a Tea Shop and back to the Tea Shop ! and He has Decided to be at the Teashop and For Now it is a Full stop !
