Prop Headlines sells an Inventory Exceeding INR 150 Cr
Prop Headlines the Premium Real Estate Aggregator has sold the Inventory ranging from Apartments, Villas, Independent properties, Plots within the gated communities exceeding INR 150 crores in the domestic Indian Market
According to Mr Augustine Joseph, Co-Founder and Principal Partner at Prop Headlines, We have Sold the Inventory of INR 150 Crore in the Domestic Indian Market belonging to Various Builders, Developers, Corporates and Individuals. This is more than 100% increase against the sales of 60 crore in the last calendar year of 2021
We had aimed to achieve a Total of INR 500 crore Inventory sales in the domestic Market but could achieve only 30% of it as we were marred by Last minute cancellations by our clients which resulted in huge loss of time Potential and at times losing out solid inventory to our close competitors.
The Major sales (80%) came from the Old References of our clients and leads generated by various online portals and Digital ads contributed only 10% of the Total sales and the remaining 10% sales came through the Traditional advertising, Posters, Hoarding and Walkins of the clients at our Projects which we hold Exclusive Mandates
Our Paid advertisements fell to almost 10 Year low in the current calendar year and we also have no plans to increase in the Upcoming year of 2023 as we have a different plan altogether to increase the revenue shares in the market
On the International Market, we sold close an Inventory of DH 2 Cr in United Arab Emirates and close to $ 2 Millions of Inventory in the South-western European Nations of Cyprus and Greece
