The Karnataka RERA has approved only 12 Real estate residential Projects out of the 977 applications it has received across Karnataka, out of which 99 percent of the applications are for the Projects based in Bangalore, following are the list of the approved Projects along with their approved RERA Registration numbers
Of the 12 Projects approved 3 Projects are from Prestige group, 2 Projects are from Sobha Developers, 2 from Chartered housing, one project each from RBD Shelters, AARA Communities, Godrej, Unicon Shelters and Saida Bhanu J Saraf,
Of the 12 Projects registered 11 belong to Registered companies and one project belongs to an Individual
of the 12 projects Registered barring Chartered veda the Rest 11 are Residential apartments projects, while Chartered veda is a plotted development off Nelamangala Bangalore north being developed by Chartered housing pvt limited
