Mr Arjun Menda ventured into the real estate business in 1980 and subsequently went on to build the empire that is RMZ Corp today. With years of real estate experience behind him, he founded RMZ Corp. Since its inception, RMZ has concentrated on the construction of multi-storied office buildings for software companies in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and Kolkata., Mr Arjum Menda is also a Co-Founder CREDAI Bengaluru Chapter
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical engineering from Guindy Engineering College and a Masters of Technology from IIT Kharagpur, Mr. Arjun began his career as an Industrial and Production Engineer. He worked with M/s. Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, Bombay between 1959 and 1963 and M/s. Gabriel India Limited, Bombay from 1963 to 1967. With eight years of experience, he went on to start a small scale industry in Bangalore in 1967. Mr. Arjun was associated with several small scale industries in Bangalore manufacturing Precision Tuned Parts and Pressed Parts. Business activities of RMZ Corp are now looked after by his two sons – Raj Menda and Manoj Menda.
